Return Eligibility:

Unused and Unopened Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Within the Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Proof of Purchase: Please retain your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item). Return shipping costs can always be avoided by returning the item in person at MNVM during normal business hours.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
